Fuimos porque nos apetecía comer carne y salimos encantados, barato no es, pero los chuletones merece la pena probarlos, más o menos a 9€ los 100gramos, todo ello con un buen vino de la casa, gran visita.

31/03/2024: The quality of the raw materials is impeccable. We had lunch with a scottona of beef (from their breeding and served on a hot cast iron griddle) with a side of rocket and parmesan. Spectacular. And then canederli, tagliatelle with venison ragout and other local specialties. Wide pairing with local wines. And a little outside the center of Cavalese. You can get there by car. Convenient outdoor parking.
