We have come several times for special occasions, always excellent dishes, a varied menu, extremely knowledgeable and helpful waiters. The environment is refined and intimate. Absolutely worth trying.

I went to this restaurant in the center of Florence, and it was a great discovery! Just a stone's throw from the Duomo, in the historic center, Konnubio offers refined cuisine with elaborate but balanced dishes, flavors and ingredients that go very well together! Stefano is hospitality, unfortunately in few places do we find professionalism like his! The wine list is also excellent, with large labels but also small producers!

Enchanting place, kind and attentive staff, refined dishes with attention to every detail, an experience that I recommend to anyone who appreciates quality. A particular appreciation for Stefano, the dining room manager who accompanied us throughout the dinner, highly competent and friendly, truly a feather in the cap for a fantastic experience!

This is a nice place that we had our last dinner before heading back from Xmas & new year holiday. Ambience & service is perfect, all dishes we ordered are delicious, creme brûlée frois gra and Sicilian arancini in creative way is very interesting; rabbit roll and home made pasta are also tasty, we had also desserts, so nice and great presented. If you stay in Florence for a few days and start to feeling besides Tuscany typical cuisine, you may wanna try something different (and with smaller portion VS traditional ones of course), this could be your choice.

Ristorante molto conosciuto a Firenze, pochi passi dal duomo. Ambiente particolare, ricavato nell'ingresso di un palazzo storico. Cucina abbastanza raffinata, carta dei vini molto estesa, ristorante di livello. Si mangia bene, il prezzo non è da trattoria ma merita.

Ho gradito tutto do questo ristorante: atmosfera soft, romantica e rilassante, arredato con stile, ottimo il servizio e ovviamente il gusto e l'aspetto di ogni portata. Il prezzo, considerato quanto già detto e che si trova in pieno centro storico, a me è sembrato assolutamente proporzionato. Lo consiglio per un'occasione speciale o comunque per una serata sfiziosa.

01/04/2024: A walk from Bologna to Florence to try a good lampredotto. There are many choices, but I wanted to try this place due to the many reviews. They are very kind and quick in preparing the lampredotto sandwich, really good, well seasoned and tasty. Obviously Florence is touristy and consequently depending on the days and the period you might find yourself in the position of lining up for your sandwich. The price, always taking into account that you are in Florence, is on average around 7 euros.
