Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. I'm writing this review after going there twice in the space of 15 days: the first time I appreciated how they cook the fish, fantastic spaghetti with seafood and a truly special fry; the second time some paccheri carbonara with a touch of truffle and perfectly cooked wild boar meat. Generous portions accompanied by excellent wine and a good side dish. The waiter, kind and attentive, offered us a plate of samplers of pancakes and cured meats to wait for the first course and at the end a nice plate of typical desserts to accompany the coffee. The price of the menu, which varied from week to week, was still 18 euros(!) and honestly, in terms of the quality of the food and the service, it was EXTREMELY honest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I return in December, I leave carte blanche to the chef: amazing polenta, exceptional wild boar and Argentinian meat, a liquorice tiramisu that leaves you breathless... I'm sorry I can't leave more than five stars. And the prices are always small restaurant prices. I adore.

By now Max has accustomed me to good food and honest prices. If you happen to be in Tuscania I recommend a taste of its dishes. Come on Max!

Siamo andati con amici a vedere la città di Tuscania che merita assolutamente una visita. Per l'ora di pranzo abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante attirati dal nome e dalle recensioni. Una sorpresa molto piacevole x cibo ottimo e il locale molto accogliente insieme al proprietario. Antipasto della Tuscia ottimo e abbondante (uno anche x quattro), primi ottimi, tagliata con castagne tenera e cottura giusta. Infine dolci fatti in casa tutti buonissimi. Assolutamente da consigliare anche x la simpatia dello chef

Ha dovuto chiudere per due mesi lunghissimi e interminabili per lavori di ristrutturazione, ma da pochi giorni ha riaperto alla grande. I prezzi sono gli stessi, cucina tradizionale e raffinata sempre al top: Massimo, Chef bandana, è un maestro e non si può fare a meno di lasciarsi emozionare dalla presentazione dei suoi piatti preparati con classe e grande esperienza nel combinare gli ingredienti. Un plauso stavolta a uno strepitoso tagliere di pesce misto e ai tonnarelli imperiali allo scoglio, con salsa di zucca gialla da applauso. L'ottima offerta dei vini, i dolcetti casarecci offerti a fine pasto insieme al caffè, la cordialità e l'ospitalità di Massimo e Liliana, completano serate che restano indimenticabili. Grazie.
