La Buona Fattoria In Tavoleto

29/03/2024: It was our first time going to this restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes after the opening time and as soon as we entered the waiter (probably inexperienced), who received us, told us that we would have to wait 10 minutes to sit at the table and that we would have to wait in the car, luckily the owner to seat us otherwise we would have left. On the paper placemat they write "Pizza Napoletana", but they only offer the option of a pizza with a high edge as (fortunately), the waiter very kindly explained to us, avoiding a strong disappointment. We liked the pizza, it has a good dough, it is digestible and well filled. What I didn't like, however, was the sliced ​​meat on my "Speck" pizza which had been put into the mold and arrived burnt. The kebabs are good and the "Beans and Sausage" served with pizza-bread are wonderful, definitely worth another visit. The environment is certainly characteristic given that the restaurant was created from the premises of the old railway station of the city of Urbino.
