Per dare un giudizio di eccellenza a questo ristorante, scelto un pò per caso durante la nostra gita in Val d'Orcia, sarebbe bastato il buonissimo pecorino di Pienza cotto al forno, declinato nelle varianti con lardo di colonnata e con funghi porcini. La verità è che abbiamo trovato ottimo anche tutto il resto, dai contorni ai dolci ... all'ambiente informale, in cui abbiamo davvero respirato aria di toscana. Anche il conto, assolutamente adeguato a quanto consumato e meno caro rispetto a locali simili in zona, ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente!

Se avessi saputo che i pici erano così buoni avrei saltato il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, per mangiare tre piatti di pasta, poi le costine erano delicate, la carne morbida, così ho gradito anche il secondo. Ambiente familiare, piacevolissimo.

05/04/2024: I had lunch today with two friends. We shared an appetizer together and a 1.8kg Florentine steak, as well as a plate of pici. The food was great and the prices were right. Advised.
