We went last night to celebrate my birthday. I must say that our expectations were met with a positive response. Local surrounded by greenery bordering the grounds of one of the most prestigious wineries in Franciacorta. The furnishings are stylish and well cared for, the staff are attentive and very courteous. We enjoyed pizzas made with excellent quality raw materials, in particular the very tasty "sun on the plate". The bill is proportionate to what was offered. What can I say, an experience definitely worth repeating. Strongly recommended to plan and book early.

The pizza is the Napoli model, with a crust and a very soft, not crunchy dough. The quality of the ingredients is truly superlative, for me the real strong point of La Filiale. Wonderful service: courteous but not stuffy.

Toppppppppp Very nice and well-kept environment. The pizza is amazing: simple ingredients but all of excellent quality, soft and light dough, very digestible, full flavour. Even the view is rewarded because in addition to being good, Franco Pepe's pizza is also beautiful!

Which is the worst part, because to get there (from Brescia), after the motorway you have to take a terrible road, narrow, full of 90 bends, poorly lit, and uphill. Once you get over this odyssey, the parking is fortunately very spacious and free. Nice location. The restaurant is part of a 5-star hotel, and inside it is very modern and "design". Few places, it is advisable to book. As for pizzas, I'm a big lover of raw ham, and there wasn't any pizza made with it. Big shame. So I took a simple whim. Very good. Photonic dough, notable leavening, melted in the mouth. High quality ingredients, just the right size. Definitely expensive. €20 for a whim...maybe in my opinion that's €5 too much, but considering the context, it's justifiable. Impeccable service, professional, courteous and fast. It must be said that in the cover there is no bread, breadsticks, or any other treat that is usually present while waiting for the dishes, this is a bit sad. Also got a tiramisu, €8...well...good, you can tell it's made by them, but nothing wow. The passion fruit ice cream that my friend bought gave me a wow effect. €45 each with pizza, ice cream, glass of Moscatoni. Recommended if you want to try excellent pizza in the BS area, but let's say I've had better experiences. If I could give 3 and a half stars, that would be my rating. (If we want to make a comparison, in my opinion Gino Forbillo's pizzeria in the Milan gallery is better. In every respect)

Struttura veramente fantastica in un contesto naturalistico di rilievo,cibo di ottima qualità e pizzeria che raggiunge livelli altissimi di ricerca e qualità degli ingredienti selezionati ,abbinati in modo fantastico , tutto lo staff preparato e competente sulla materia e sulla carta dei vini, complimenti a Daniel grandissimo artigiano della pizza .

Visitato a novembre 2021 giorno infrasettimanale. Classica margherita e calzone con scarola, franciacorta al calice aperto su richiesta al momento da un cameriere di origini campane cortese e preparato che ci ha fatto accomodare in un bel tavolo vista la disponiblità a differenza della responsabile di sala piuttosto indisposta, Pizza buona ma soprattutto digeribile.

La location è piccola, ma accogliente. Il servizio offerto da camerieri gentile e disponibile. Necessario prenotare e, per tavoli con più di 8 persone, bisogna lasciare carta di credito come garanzia per no show. La pizza è buona. Lo consiglio
