We ate some very good gourmet pizzas, but I want to underline the kindness and professionalism of the dining room staff

I have had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant for several years... my partner and I found it by chance and immediately fell in love with it. The staff are friendly, professional and always top notch. As for the dishes offered on their vast menu, everything is always excellent, products of the highest quality, presented in a refined manner (and not "placed" on the plate as they do in some places) and served with a smile and complete with a detailed description of the Dish. What would I recommend? You can try anything, it's all delicious, starters, first courses, second courses and last but not least, the pizzas; one of the few pizzerias that give you the possibility to choose between Neapolitan or classic style dough... in short they always manage to satisfy the tastes of all customers. Delicious "grandmother's meatballs", excellent cured meats and cheeses (after all, we are in Gioia del Colle, it could only be like this). Keep up the good work guys, you are on your way to becoming a starred restaurant.. I hope to be able to return to you as soon as possible

The slightly high cost of the pizzas (very good) is justified by the quality of the raw materials. Kind and helpful in room service, family environment. Recommended for every age group. The only flaw was that the coffee arrived cold, too cold.

It's the first time I've been there, excellent pizza, friendly waiters, it's a beautiful place, I'll be back as soon as possible to enjoy the rest 👍
