It's a hotel restaurant.
It's not bad at all and the costs are correct for the proposal, almost cheap for the central area.
We ate tongs, and they were very good.
The environment is very nice and well-kept, but perhaps I would update the soundtrack (which I appreciated, in fact it reminded me of forgotten songs).
If I can give another piece of advice, I would perhaps take care of the management of the family's daily life, which as I am from the north-east of Italy, I was pleased to see these segments of Tuscan liveliness, but they are not ideal for managing a restaurant.
For the rest, it is very satisfactory.

On the plus side the three pecorino cheese plate was good. Yet the pasta was undercooked. Didn’t get to the Al dente state at all. In the famous words of many a chef “did you taste it before serving it?” Not sure how Italian can go so wrong on pasta.

Ristorante situato nel centro di Montecatini, fa parte di un albergo ma si può andare a mangiare anche senza essere clienti dell'hotel. La location è arredata bene, il menù propone cibi principalmente tipici toscani a base di carne, anche se c'è la variante di alcuni piatti di pesce. Ho preso un antipasto toscano, crostini misti, un risotto ai porcini, una tagliata, vino e digestivo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e personale cordiale, sono stato molto bene, sicuramente lo consiglio!
