Excellent location for visiting the Sanctuary of San Magno. Exquisite food and welcoming environment. Thanks to Andrea we had the opportunity to visit the maturing cellars. We didn't stay but we will give it a thought.

After a climb to the beautiful watershed ridge near the Tibert we return to have lunch at Meiro. All very good food, really nice atmosphere. Outside the large windows a swirl of autumn colors and whitewashed peaks and I feel at peace. It's nice that there are these high-level realities in corners of paradise in the night valleys.

We went to this place for lunch today. Excellent dishes, among which the Castelmagno gnocchi stand out, truly delicious. The visit to the Castelmagno maturing rooms is very interesting. Very kind staff. To be recommended without a doubt

05/04/2024: Fantastic place. We stayed there for 4 days in April 2024 on a ski touring trip: The hotel, village and personnel are all very nice and authentic. Food is fantastic, Rooms nice and clean. The personnel is very knowledgeable on ski and bike tours. It's difficult to do better!

26/03/2024: On the occasion of the reopening of the season, with the Fossano gathering, in the afternoon I had the pleasure of being able to sit at the Sarotto premises. I was pleasantly surprised by their cellar and the possibility of choice as well as quality. (To my personal taste, never) If you have the pleasure of sipping a good glass, framed by a beautiful square, this is definitely the place for you. Each drink is always accompanied by a small tasting of 4/5 pieces of tasting, for those who want more, cutting boards can be brought upon request. Being a wine bar, there is not a great variety of food, much less coffee and the like. In any case, the staff is very heterogeneous in age groups, but despite what you might think they are all very competent as well as polite and friendly. Some of us in the group ended up ordering a few cases of products. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it.
