The first time we went out to the restaurant was necessarily slightly anxious. But after a few minutes the pleasure of sitting at a friendly table took over. What can I say, kindness, organization, environment and genuine and refined food did the rest Ricotta ravioli with very delicate butter and sage preceded by mixed appetizers of refined and delicious cheeses and cured meats to finish with balanced and rare homemade desserts, not sweetish. The chosen wine with the help of Raniero's wisdom it turned out to be perfect. See you soon.

Once we managed to enter after 20 minutes of waiting due to a blocked door. We took pizzas with dough we had never eaten before. They looked like giant crackers. In my opinion, they cannot be considered pizza.

I go to a lot of restaurants for work. Quality meal but exorbitant prices for location and quantity. Off the market. There are many companies in the area that maintain quality in relation to the price. Inadequate and very slow table service. We won't be returning.

A cuisine that finally surprises you. I am a vegetarian and I have eaten delicious things and cooked with care. The place is nice, a couple of km from Salaria with parking and easily accessible, in a quiet place. Not to be missed

Ristorante situato a 2 passi dalla SS 4 via Salaria all'altezza di Osteria Nuova. Sicuramente una bellissima scoperta che ci ha permesso di assaporare una modalità diversa di fare la pizza, dall'impasto al condimento alla modalità di preparazione. Sapendo che tutte le pizze erano speciali, abbiamo scelto diversi tipi per assaggiare uno spicchio di tutte. mi ha colpito la pizza CANAPA ma devo dire che tutte erano eccezionali. Stessa cosa per i dolci preparati all'istante dallo chef. Ambiente accogliente e servizio impeccabile. Aggiungo che il prezzo è stato onestissimo. Abbiamo fatto i complimenti ai proprietari ripromettendoci di tornare al più presto.
