Excellent mixed fried food but they don't always do it.

In Dusino San Michele in the Asti area, the restaurant you don't expect. Went with friends for the Piedmontese mixed fried dish, we discovered a fish restaurant 🐟 (to try). An appetizer to open with a very well made pumpkin flan. The menu we chose included fried food, agnolotti in broth and dessert. The mixed fry was too abundant in the slices of good but thick pork and overly fried veal, we couldn't finish it. The other good savory fried foods are a little scarce, not enough vegetables. Sweet frying to strengthen and sweeten, especially tasteless semolina. Therefore a menu that needs to be rebalanced because the agnolotti are too many if the fried foods are improved.
