We had lunch last Sunday at this restaurant/hotel! I would say divine lunch! From appetizer to dessert, one goodness after another. Typical traditional Piedmontese cuisine, such as: Piedmontese fassona tartare with raw porcini mushrooms, delicious Russian salad, super veal with tuna sauce, local cheese with honey and walnuts, fried sgonfietto with fondue, then tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, ravioli with ragù, roast mushrooms porcini mushrooms, tasty rabbit, salmon trout and finally a trio of desserts, including a splendid bunet! To return as soon as they reopen in spring! Congratulations!👍
