the restaurant is very welcoming even if it is not in a very convenient area, the prices are affordable, the first courses are good even if not very abundant. the only problem is that after having finished the first course we wanted to order a second course at 9.41pm the waiter appeared quite doubtful about our request in as he didn't know if the kitchen was still open. This seems very unprofessional to me and I think that for a place that is only open until 01:00 am it is absurd that the kitchen closes at 10.

We had dinner here while visiting Livorno and it was a good option. The restaurant is simple and the food was good. We had the L'angelo d'Oro platter for starters and it was good and the infornata di Mare with some roasted potatoes and vegetables, all of them tasty enough. The service was somewhat brusque and not the friendliest, sometimes we had the feeling we were annoying the waiter. And the extractor is not really working well as we left the place smelling like fried fish which for me is annoying.

Trattoria where you mainly eat fish. Excellent first courses and excellent second courses. For the land appetizer you could do better, lots of salad but little substance. Excellent and fast service

Voglia di mangiare vero livornese abbiamo trovato su internet vari posti e tra questi anche questa trattoria.. posto piccolo ma carino.. era pieno, abbiamo atteso 10 minuti ma devo dire che ne è valsa veramente la pena... Menù vario e cn tante cose tipiche.. ma il top è il caciucco... Porzione super abbondante, pieno di pesce e sughetto stra buono!!! Vale la pena fare il viaggio solo per quello,anche se anche il primo era buonissimo!! Dovessimo tornare a Livorno penso che una scappatina ce la farei volentieri!!!! Tutto ottimo!

Ambiente familiare come piace a me...affollato con arredo tipico da trattoria...servizio ottimo e molto simpatico e disponibile..antipasti e primi buonissimo ottimo anche il tiramisu fatto in casa..qualita prezzo molto competitiva...consigliato..

01/11/2023: Opened late even after season. Scenic view to harbour nearby. Mainly seafood on the menu. No meat when we arrived. Fried calamari where too salty. Friendly staff. Prices ok but not cheap. Would come again.
19/09/2023: Ultima volta: 31 dicembre 1999!! abbiamo festeggiato il Capodanno del millennio. E ora, dopo 23 anni, durante una escursione sull'isola, ci siamo fermati per pranzo. Cosa dire: location in centro al paese, servizio al tavolo preciso e veloce. Piatti: trancio di spada alla siciliana (uuuhhhh!! una bontà!) e contorno di peperoni alla griglia. (ri uuuhhh!).
