Very good food, 4 different fish dishes, all VERY good. Nice and friendly staff, and very clean. Again and again.

Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante oggi 23 febbraio devo dire Sono rimasto molto soddisfatta personale gentilissimo e molto qualificato Ottimo menù e piatti veramente eccezionali ottima qualità del della materia prima

Place discovered in the middle of the town of Piediluco... very welcoming that makes you feel at home, but with extra attention (pampered from start to finish) menus and tastings to try with detailed care and rich in flavours. .very capable and professional staff with attention to the smallest details and looking for something exciting...try it you will be amazed!!

We found this restaurant by chance, after a walk in the village! Warm and loving location, with lots of Sicilian hospitality! A young owner who makes you fall in love with the dishes just by describing them! A cuisine with particular and delicious flavours! 3 hours of travel will still be worth it!! We will be back, thanks again for the hospitality 🤗

It's always a pleasure to return to this little place on the shores of Lake Piediluco. A cuisine with pleasant Sicilian roots that also knows how to integrate and enhance local raw materials, from fish to truffles. Warm and attentive family management that makes everything from bread to dessert. Excellent wine list.

Un posto magico, gestito da persone eccezionali! Cibo ottimo, il gusto compromesso tra ricercatezza, tradizione, freschezza e fantasia. Assolutamente consigliato!

Locale nel complesso carino con personale molto preparato e gentile, ma credo che i prezzi siano esagerati, sopratutto per gli antipasti che sono molto costosi e di quantità minima, primi piatti anche se con il prezzo sopra la norma nel complesso erano buoni, anche se il primo con il pistacchio non si sentiva per nulla il sapore di pistacchi… speso 60 euro in 2, per un mini assaggino di antipasto diviso in due, 2 primi e 1 bottiglia d’acqua

03/03/2024: Very seasoned and large pizzas, shame about the dough being more similar to piadina than to a pizza, it remained "clumped up", undercooked and not crumbly, we had difficulty digestion. Too bad because the seasoning was excellent. The Umbrian fork starter is highly recommended, plentiful. Four of you can eat there! Very good desserts. Excellent chocolate cake. Very good value for money. Fast and friendly staff.
29/02/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante ritornando da Roma, logisticamente strategico (solo 2min dalla SS3bis). Abbiamo ordinato un primo e un secondo tipico umbro, siamo rimasti deliziati! Unbriacelli da chef stellato e faraona indimenticabile! Locale gestito da ragazzi giovani, belli e soprattutto simpatici! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Trattoria la Grotta

30/03/2024: Today, together with my parents and grandparents we had lunch in this small restaurant located in the center of Orvieto. The place is clean and I deduce it has been recently renovated, with a simple and rustic but refined style. As soon as they arrived at the table they promptly brought bread and water. We had a total of five first courses: umbrichelli (a type of typical local pasta similar to spaghetti but more homemade) alla amatriciana and umbrichelli alla cave (seasoned with pistachio and bacon). Pasta cooked just right and abundant, fresh sauces. As second courses we ordered two grilled steaks and two mixed salads. These are good too. Then we had 5 desserts (tiramisu, pannacotta and chocolate and caramel mousse) which were also very good. Finally, we ordered 4 coffees and two bitters. The service was excellent: waiters attentive, kind and fast. To underline the professionalism, friendliness and friendliness of the waiter Franco who welcomed us and served us with familiarity. The price, bearing in mind that the restaurant is located in the centre, is modest. Right quality/price.
30/03/2024: Trattoria located in the center of Orvieto a few steps from the cathedral. Polite and kind staff. Excellent value for money! We tried the pappardelle with wild boar which was really excellent. A plate of pasta each, a side dish, a coffee around 18 euros. Really excellent for the goodness and quality of the food. Highly recommended
