There were 5 of us, in order: Spaghetti with red prawn: practically non-existent prawn, no flavor of the dish 5 Tagliolini carbonara: practically zero flavor 5 Grilled vegetables: burned on the outside, raw on the inside 5 Lamb chops: not cooked properly 5 Baked potatoes: good 6 Beef fillet: good 7 Glass of Franciacorta: good 7 Glasses of Chianti: good 7 Chocolate cake: good 7 Cheese cake: good 7 Cannoli with mascarpone: good 7 Cream ice cream: good 7 Portions: good 7 Service: we waited a bit for dessert but overall good 7

It is located just outside Parma. Not a lot of space for cars (there are about a dozen in the internal courtyard). Pleasant evening in a lovely venue. Good service, prompt and attentive. The quality of the food is good but not excellent (tried both meat and fish). And therefore the quality/price ratio is not the best.

Fortemente consigliato dai parmigiani e dai parmensi, la cucina è tipica, come da tradizione, il personale è cortese, consiglio di prenotare, leggermente fuori dal centro. sia il pesce che la carne rapporto qualità prezzo alto

I have been here several times, always for business lunches. Excellent service, good food, excellent raw fish and very pleasant internal location. It's close to the highway so convenient. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant with professional and smiling staff. The cuisine offers local dishes and fish where the excellent quality raw materials allow us to create truly high-level dishes.

Locale carino, piatti davvero ben preparati per quel che ho assaggiato. Personale cortese anche se si notano cambiamenti di atteggiamento in base alla tipologia di persone che entra nel locale.

02/04/2024: Locale decisamente caratteristico, il gestore è cortese e attento. Non hanno cucina ma taglieri di, ottimi, salumi e formaggi oltre ad una carta dei vini di assoluto rispetto. Consigliato per una tappa informale nel centro di Parma o per un aperitivo “importante”.

26/03/2024: Excellent pastry shop with tea room. Ideal for breakfast. The desserts and pastries are always fresh and good even in the afternoon. There is also a convenient and large car park. Best pastry shop in Salso.
20/02/2024: Adoro questa pasticceria, ricca sempre di novita' e dolci tentazioni. Acquisto molto spesso torte che trovo ottime. Locale molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Attenti anche ai bimbi, hanno pennarelli e disegni. Consigliatissimo
