My first dinner in L'Aquila was very positive. I really appreciated the cuisine of the young chef who, in full respect of the traditions of the region, has nevertheless perfected the dishes, making them more "swift", if you will excuse the term! After a kindly offered entree, I had a tasty dish of lamb coratella with chicory, excellently balanced by a sweet and sour sauce.
Finally, I really appreciated the revisitation of the lamb with cheese and eggs, by the way: meat of incredible quality!, broad beans and mustard sauce. Truly a great dish.
The dinner was accompanied by a very good Montepulciano Riserva 2017 Inferi by Marramiero

A small restaurant in the city center. The place is very nice. Excellent service. The food is very good with local products.

Excellent food, unusual but perfectly calibrated combination of raw materials, so as to seem like an orchestra with the right musicians. Excellent service, fast and precise and friendly in the room, amazing chef, nice too. Stylish location, clean, slightly below the road, small but welcoming room; the presence of steps does not make the room accessible to disabled people. It is in the center of L'Aquila, it does not have reserved parking, but it is possible to find some nearby. It is a gourmet food place, sufficient quantity of food, but of very high quality, and obviously not very cheap. Highly recommended!

Tutto molto buono e ottimamente presentato. Tuttavia suggerirei di prendere in considerazione un portone adeguato e migliorare la eccessiva scarsezza delle porzioni.

Ottima cena, piatti molto gustosi e ben presentati. Particolare apprezzamento per i dolci, deliziosi ed i sapori sapientemente ben bilanciati. Ottimo anche il servizio, gentilezza e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente!
