Abundant and not bad food with home cooking style, very small menu with very little choice, recommended for workers who want a normal pasta dish without great pretensions, however I like it if I'm in the area I'll come back to eat

21/02/2024: An excellent pinsa served with friendliness.
17/02/2024: Good pinsa but... A girl at our table ordered the pinsa 5 minutes after the others because she was undecided; not only did the pinsa not arrive with the others, but we had to call the waitress and point out to her that, while we had already finished, our friend's pinsa had yet to arrive... so the waitress went to inquire and told us who were doing it. After a while she came back telling us that the pinsa was done, but they realized they didn't have the main ingredient... no comment. She had to choose another pinsa and eat it alone while they had already cleared our table. We chose dessert and many took tiramisu, running out of supplies. The last tiramisu, according to the waitress, had "taken air" and therefore they had to remove the surface layer because it had blackened... in short, we ended on a high note.

25/03/2024: Not just a meal but an experience. Each course was a delight, both visually stunning, explained thoroughly by the excellent service team and then also just plain delicious. I especially loved the course with a pressed oxtail (and the sauce!) and the rabbit button pasta (and the sauce!) but was also stunned by the beautifully green barley risotto, the fermented drink pairing that came with the artichoke dish, the desserts... oh and the quail, that I have never eaten better prepared. The philosophy of the restaurant is one of using local ingredients, marrying garden, sea and mountain, and I just cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my evening that felt more like a journey than "just" a dinner. Oh and did I mention that the focaccia is just out of this world, and all the cutlery and dishes are handmade? A place I will remember for a long time, and hope to come back to soon. Thank you!
20/10/2023: Excellent dining experience. We chose the chef's menu (the most complete) and were rewarded with a series of dishes that led us to learn about and explore local ingredients and products, all beautifully presented. The chef's experience in the use of vegetables and herbs is noteworthy, as they accompany each dish, highlighting its flavours. I was really struck by the dessert: wild strawberry mousse with basil and trumpet courgettes, absolutely sublime, congratulations!
