We went here for a dinner with friends, everything was perfect from the appetizers to the coffee. I will certainly return with other friends to be able to share this splendid place.

A day without any particular event, therefore with the desire to spend Sunday at lunch with a postcard backdrop of a time spent. In any case the welcome was very courteous, the environment elegant in the context and the dishes worthy of the evaluation 5/5. Traditional dishes but revisited in a modern key... served in the right quantities and very comfortable... Nunzio with his constant supervision in the room pampered us wonderfully by offering us more than one off-menu dish upon request. Well done Nunzio, his cuisine is excellent....bar service all offered. Continue like this and you will have great success.

Con la nuova gestione di Francesco preniato chef della ‘Murgiana’ siamo al Top. Il posto ha un potenziale enorme fatto di scenari mozzafiato sul borgo storico di Gravina In Puglia, con i tavoli nelle grotte. Si mangia all’insegna della tradizione e dei km zero. Un esperienza mistica ai limite dell’ estasi. Stra stra consigliato!!

25/02/2024: I went to this butcher/braceria with a friend for lunch on Sunday, what can I say we had a great time!!! What can I say, good quality food, all very good from the bowler hats to the various flavors to the zampina sausage. Homemade appetizers (various types of cheeses and mixed cured meats, burrata) are genuine and very tasty with typical local products of the area. Then we also tried the grilled mortadella which I can say is exceptional. People, go to this grill and you will come out super satisfied!!! Ah, I forgot, the bill wasn't even that salty for what we got, it's average. Until next time, good work "La Brace della Macellaia" and have a good evening.
