Prima volta a Santeramo, eravamo alla ricerca di una braceria buona ma non troppo costosa. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Abbiamo mangiato il mondo e pagato meno di 30€ in due. Personale molto cortese e velocissimo a Servire nonostante fosse sabato. Ci tornerei altre mille volte! Tutto davvero delizioso.

Sono ritornato in questo posto dopo esserci stato in altra occasione, e non posso che confermare che è un ottimo posto dove mangiare ottima carne di cavallo in maniera semplice. Servizio buono. consigliatissimo. Prezzi contenuti.

13/11/2023: You could pass by and not notice this restaurant. I hadn’t sampled any pasta and saw some chefs working away through the street window and asked them did they do pasta.. yes. It’s not as common as you’d think. So the first evening I had pasta with tiny shell fish, very tasty. It was recommended by the young waitress. I booked for the second evening. Carpaccio of veal in a cream sauce with truffles, then followed by a stout pasta tomato sauce and mussels. Last visit was lunch where they don’t do pizza and boy they looked good on previous night. So I opted for seafood baked in a crusty pie. Food is excellent, service too as my tips would reinforce. Clean toilet. Lovely selection of wines and great atmosphere.
13/11/2023: Ristorante con cucina pugliese un po’ rivista nei sapori e abbinamenti. Porzioni molto generose. Buon servizio e locale accogliente nel centro storico. Tagliolini cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi molto buona.

04/02/2024: The pizza is very good in terms of dough and quality of ingredients. What won't make me return, or rather what won't make me book again, is the timing of the service. Those who settle down should abandon their loved ones and family. Let me explain better: we sit down at 8.45pm, we ask the waiters several times because at 9.30pm nothing had arrived except the water. The pizzas arrive at 10.16pm. Happy that certain activities are going well but, since there is a takeaway service, it is clear that this is favored rather than the seated customer. We recommend opting for 10pm to sit down and enjoy the menu which isn't bad. The takeaway has now been delivered and those who sit down and don't have timetables linked to their children will be served more quickly.
16/01/2024: Excellent pizza. Too bad it's always full on Saturdays.
