Having met on social media, we went to try the carbonara and it was very good, in my opinion the best in Rome and its castles. Finally a carbonara that isn't very salty. Cozy place, customer-focused staff, we spent a pleasant evening. I will recommend it to friends and relatives. Happy to have met you.

Sono andato con mia moglie e mio figlio (di 11 anni) poiché dovevamo andare a vedere una partita di calcio a Genzano e dopo aver consultato il web per la scelta di dove andare a mangiare piatti tipici nella zona di Ariccia siamo stati colpiti da questo splendido locale. Locale non tanto grande ma rifinito ed accogliente, molto pulito (anche il bagno non sembrava quello di un locale), il personale molto gentile simpatico e accomodante. Il cibo: SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICO, mia moglie ha preso una cacio e pepe, mio figlio una grandiosa carbonara ma là cacio e pepe con tartare era qualcosa di eccezionale (e non mi esprimo sui tortini e le polpette di manzo con cacio e pepe, perché anche loro fantastici). Il prezzo giusto per la qualità del cibo ed il servizio ricevuto. Complimenti al titolare ed al personale che ci lavora, bravissimi 👏
