I don't agree with the negative opinions. Opening hours are clearly written. We were there before opening and booked a table for dinner. The staff is very helpful, polite and works efficiently. Dinner came very quickly and was delicious. Prices are average (not high or low), but they make up for it with quality. I highly recommend.

Having an accommodation facility, we often experiment with places to eat and then suggest them to our guests. This little place has remained in our hearts: we felt pampered by the staff and above all, we ate very well. It has definitely become our favorite place. We will advertise well and return soon!

Beautiful place in the center of Polignano a mare. Small and cozy environment with characteristic exposed stones. Very friendly staff and excellent food

The food was undoubtedly amazing, but the icing on the cake are the employees who make the place welcoming and comfortable. We want to thank Gino for his professionalism and above all for his education. For lunch, cavatelli, mussels and beans deserve an encore. Thanks and congratulations!

in ambienti di antica manifattura è locata l'osteria dei mulini.Un posto molto caldo,un ambiente amichevole ben gestito dal Patron Michele assistito da Gino che interpreta bene i desideri del cliente.La cucina offre pietanze di alta qualità frutto della scelta di Michele che provvede a reperire prodotti del territorio pugliese.Consigliatissimo anche per fughe "d'amore "....

Pranzo a polignano in questo ristorantino nei vicoli. Abbiamo mangiato 2 primi di pesce 1 al sugo per la bambina ed una frittura . Tutto buono, forse le porzioni un pó minimal ma va bene lo stesso. Prezzi in linea. Consigliato.

16/03/2024: Very kind owner and staff, the cuisine is excellent and the dishes are plentiful! The pizza is also excellent! Positive experience!
21/02/2024: Excellent dinner with friends, 5-course Marian starter for two people which was plenty for all seven of us, cut much appreciated by those who chose it, tasty waistcoats, particularly kind service, and then large spaces, which never hurts .
