It's really a shame the attitude of those who work here...it's ruined a lot. In the past we had had desserts and cakes and were happy. Unfortunately, despite the very specific order of a cake made together with the pastry chef... the cake turned out different than expected and half a kilo more and was therefore very expensive... certainly not worth the 55 euros paid... without taking anything away to pastry chefs...but estimates and decisions made together with customers must be respected. Not to mention the girl at the checkout with an unprofessional attitude and who said digs in the background aimed at me, the customer. I'm so sorry if they don't improve I won't come back

I have to thank the historic and prestigious ISA pastry shop for the wonderful and delicious cake made for my birthday. It was the added value in an extraordinary evening. Thank you all for making my party unforgettable.

Everything looks good. We tried seven different items for breakfast. Can't wait to go back tomorrow.
