Pizzeria 480GRADI - Bra In Bra

31/03/2024: Very high quality pizza dough, well leavened, well cooked, not up to par with the raw material used to fill it, too thick and dark in colour, perhaps cut too early and left in an unsuitable environment

28/03/2024: There are imperfections, but I don't understand why this should penalize the hard work that all the staff performs calmly and serenely, and with great respect towards customers. We went on a Saturday for dinner, the place was packed, yet as soon as we sat down we were able to view the menu, order and receive the drinks within 10 minutes. After a short while the pizzas already arrived, unfortunately before the starter, but it doesn't matter because the dining room staff immediately took action, even apologizing for the mix-up. The pizza is excellent and digestible, the montanarine seemed a little greasy so perhaps there is something to improve, however the quality of the ingredients remains good. It's a shame about the very narrow entrance corridor which creates crowded queues of people waiting to be seated or to pay, also obstructing the passage of those who are working. The rest of the rooms are very nice, it feels like being guests in a beautiful house. Congratulations again to the staff!
