03/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant for lunch. What to say? The owners, Carmine and Gina, fantastic! Nice, kind and professional, like all the staff. Every dish we ate, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a Lazio touch. Excellent value for money. It will definitely be a regular stop when we return to the area!

31/03/2024: We celebrated Easter, we were well welcomed and pampered throughout lunch. The stewed Bra sausage is highly recommended. The bill was sweetened by the kindness of the owners and a taste of the homemade pastiera. We will definitely be back.

03/04/2024: Tuesday evening at 8pm. The opening hours are indicated both on Google and on the sign displayed on the wall next to the door. Second time in a row that we find it closed. No closing messages for holidays or work. You arrive from Turin on purpose because the timetable published is open. We go to another open trattoria without any problem, indeed excellent alternatives for every taste and pocket... usual Piedmontese disappointment. We will not try again and unfortunately we will not recommend due to the indifference.

05/04/2024: We return there every year as a family and we enjoy it every time. A little less for the setting but the food is very good, the products are of very good quality.

06/04/2024: We eat well. Unfortunately we probably found ourselves in a moment of little organization. Just enough service and with those prices it is not correct. We left twenty minutes after finishing dessert because no one came to ask if we wanted anything else. No discounts, no excuses. Sin!

04/04/2024: From the entrance to the dessert, nothing disappoints you. The food is great. For those accustomed to endless menus, the menu is short. For me it is balanced. Everything is fresh and the staff is super friendly and professional.

31/03/2024: Fully satisfied, modern place, delicious food, the right combination of territory and culinary innovation, also not tried but seen Florentine steaks and meats that definitely aroused fantasies on the palate. To try again with other dishes, I will be back

07/04/2024: CRAZY Piadine! absolutely not the usual banal ones you find around. We took 3: with meatballs (unbeatable), with hamburgers and one with pulled pork. Two of us would have gladly done an encore. Competitive prices. We will be back.

26/03/2024: Not the best family lunch experience in this restaurant. One of the two waitresses is presumably a very kind and friendly cook, the other in the room I consider rude and almost annoyed by the presence of people in the room, not the best. My blue gnocchi were excellent, but a disaster on the risottos, especially those with wine and sausage, which arrived overcooked, with a polenta consistency, a good taste, but with two pieces of sausage despite the rather large portion. The veal with tuna sauce is good but not the best I've ever eaten, for goodness sake; the same goes for stew. Room furnished with wine cartons? I don't know if it's actual furniture or a way to disguise a storage unit but I think it's a questionable choice in my personal opinion. I honestly don't think I'll go back, sorry for the kindest lady.

17/02/2024: We had the pleasure of tasting an excellent risotto with Nebbiolo and Bra sausage and two second courses of meat: truly generous portions, without detracting from the quality! The owner served us with kindness and professionalism. Last, a price below average if you look at the quality of the food.

03/04/2024: Exceptional Easter Monday lunch, I booked here with a bit of luck without spending too much time looking to see what place it was but I must say that I did tajarin bingo with exceptional bra sausage!

Oltre alla strepitosa qualità di tutti i prodotti che da anni allietano la nostra tavola (formaggi eccellenti, la stupenda salsiccia, i salumi cotti e crudi, la gastronomia sempre creativa e varia, i tajarin, il vino di ottima qualità), i proprietari, Sigg. Beppe e Giuseppina ed il figlio, sono persone ospitali, cordiali e di grande umanità e simpatia. Complimenti grandissimi!
