Found it by chance and was very impressed with the taste of the pizzas. We ordered two to take away and were simply overwhelmed.

Small pizzeria on the edge of the center of Bolzano. Friendly owner / pizza chef. Pizza was good but not special. However, fine for a quick bite.

Eravamo di passaggio a Bolzano abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante pizzeria con la mia famiglia Abbiamo ordinato 4 pizze ed uno sfizio ( patatine fritte ) Le pizze veramente buone ottime cotte sul forno a legna I miei bimbi hanno gradito molto la pizza ( di solito non riescono mai a finirla , invece l’hanno divorata ) Ottima , bravi ragazzi Consiglio chi dovesse essere di passaggio o in vacanza a Bolzano di farci una visita anche per assaggiare l’ottima pizza

01/04/2024: This place is overhyped, with pizzas that were once decent and a selection of artisan beers. However, the quality of the pizzas has deteriorated to a level more suited to takeaways, and the atmosphere is somewhat lacking. The service is also quite arrogant and pompous, as if they believe they're the masters of wood fired pizza. I would definitely recommend Hellweger as an alternative, especially if you're looking for friendly, professional service, a decent atmosphere and well-made wood fired pizza.
27/03/2024: Very good quality and really large portions. Above all, the pizza is great. Friendly and attentive staff.

27/02/2024: Orders are taken inside at the bar. There is no weather outside. Just collecting used dishes.
19/02/2024: Surprisingly good food for the crazy mass processing. If possible, find a nice spot outside. There's really all hell going on inside. 😉
