Splendid location under the Conversano castle, quality raw materials that make the pizzas superlative. The staff is kind, friendly and very knowledgeable.
We will definitely see each other again!!

I ordered the “tarallo” pizza and I really liked it. Digestible dough, perfect cooking. The environment is refined and well furnished. The service is fast. I am very happy to have chosen it and will return soon.

Characteristic pizzeria in the historic center of Conversano, informal environment, courteous service, more than reasonable waiting times.
The pizza didn't particularly impress me: the dough, made with type 1 flour (so I was told), was a little "resistant", hard to cut.
Those at my table who ordered pizza plain or with uncooked ingredients almost struggled to cut it.
It's a shame, because I found the seasoning good and the preparation accurate. Improved.

Sulla pizza nulla da dire...realizzata bene con materie prime di buona qualità...quello che dispiace in questo locale è che, a discapito della decantata atmosfera tradizionale / casalinga, si è sollecitati a sgomberare il tavolo il prima possibile ...la qualità e la maestria della cucina sono importanti, ma altrettanto lo è l'esperienza di confort e relax che favorisce la convivialità...
