I've tried many ice cream parlors here and this one is one of the best.

The owner personally made me my own special Easter egg sundae. She cut a hollow chocolate Easter egg in half and filled with Gelato. She also added a homemade Nutella sauce that she prepared herself that was absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, stop by. No photo this time. I couldn't wait to eat my dessert 😋

The owner is very kind and available to try flavors and recommend combinations. Excellent bitter orange and dark chocolate flavours!

Finally, in Genoa, I come across a well-done commercial activity and I'll explain my whys. 1) The quality/price ice cream is crazy. The product, in addition to being artisanal and made with love, is also highly sought after, if you are not satisfied with the usual flavors (which are there anyway and are spectacular) you will always find something new and particular, among other things it changes them and therefore, you seize the moment. For example, today I tried Mimosa, Rose, Banana and gianduia... in short, flavors that are not usually found. 2) The environment is clean and tidy, nothing to say, central location easy to reach. 3) The owner is a spectacle. Prepared, welcoming, kind, thoughtful and even smiling. I don't want to be ironic, really compliments to Rosa (I discovered that was her name) she has won a new client, simply doing her job. Ice cream lovers and curious people, this is your place.

Ottimo il gusto " Rolli" assaggiato in occasione dei " Rolli days". Non era troppo dolce...tornerò sicuramente a visitare i palazxi che no sono riuscita a visitare e lo riproverò!
