Had dinner and hats off to the food! We were particularly impressed by the soup and all the desserts. The service for this level of restaurant was, at least in our case, under all criticism. Sparkling wine was not served according to standards. Also, after drinking the sparkling wine, no one asked us if we were going to drink anything else. Shame! We had to work really hard to order a drink. This simply cannot happen in a restaurant like this.

During our ski holiday we dined at this restaurant three times. Great atmosphere: hello Andrea and Martina! The portions are incredible. You can safely take one dish for two!

Unfortunately, the beetroot donut was too sweet. Duck was rather chewy but the octopus was super soft!
Very good beef tartare...
Service could be better. Some cutlery was forgotten. Butter plates were cleared away for 3 people and not for the other 4.

We had dinner 4 evenings out of 7 while holidaying in Riscone (Brunico) for a week. Restaurant worth trying, from bread to sweet dessert. Anna and Andrea are extraordinary, trained, attentive and very kind. They could work for Alessandro Borghese. Even for the Rischon everything (from the kitchen to the environment, to the mise en place...) is the synthesis of the "Luxury of simplicity". See you soon! Andrea and Grneviève

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in un ristorante che ha superato ogni aspettativa. La cucina è eccezionale, con piatti deliziosi che hanno soddisfatto ogni mio desiderio gastronomico. Il personale, estremamente cordiale e gentile, ha reso l'esperienza ancor più piacevole. La location è incantevole, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Un luogo da consigliare senza esitazioni.

Piatti molto buoni e presentati con cura ed attenzione al dettaglio.
Piacevole location con illuminazione soft.
Si consigliano i tavoli con sedie tradizionali agli sgabelli alti.
Fantastico il sorbetto allo yuzu.
Ottimo "dopo cena".
