Questa gemma dell’hotel Holzner splende davvero, la location è moderna e informale, la cucina green e accattivante. Il menù proposto è entusiasmante per originalità, tecnica ed equilibrio. Tutte le preparazioni conducono lungo un percorso che racconta il territorio in maniera unica, con materie prime ricercate ma sempre autoctone. Memorabili, tra grandi piatti, gli gnocchi alle castagne. Molto corretta ed interessante la carta dei vini.

It stands out even among the starred ones! A refined journey that tastes of the Soprabolzano land

The boss is taking big steps towards two stars. Very creative plates with regional ingredients and a perfect balance of consistencies and flavors. Ambiance very a la boutique, service is impeccably attentive. Reachable by cable car from Bolzano - and therefore the extensive wine list with only South Tyrolean bottles is not free. Fair prices.
