Easter Monday 2024, group lunch with friends. Very very good food, family atmosphere, perfect service, excellent quality/price ratio. Super recommended!

A beautifully renovated farmhouse, a family environment, very kind staff and...compliments to the chef

The owner Alessandro who is the kitchen chef, together with Claudia his wife who is responsible for the dining room, and their staff over the years have been able to create a restaurant which today is appreciated by many loyal and new customers. Restaurant a few kilometers from the center of Pistoia, in a beautiful area close to hills with olive groves, in an old farmhouse with an adjacent vineyard where themed dinners are offered on summer evenings. Typical Tuscan cuisine with some hints of innovation and seasonality of the dishes. The strong point, in my opinion, are the fresh homemade pastas, where it offers a nice choice of doughs based on different flours, from chestnuts, to spelt, to red wine, to berries and more. The mixed grills, the abundant cold cuts platter, the pastas accompanied by Tuscan ragù, or game, with yellow pumpkin and bacon and a little fish which never hurts are excellent. The price is more than fair for the quality offered. Inside the venue there are some rooms for an intimate evening, as well as a nice mezzanine and a large room for evenings in the company of friends. Excellent service and a pleasant and kind welcome from the staff.

Il proprietario Alessandro che é lo chef di cucina, assieme a Claudia sua moglie responsabile di sala, e il loro staff negli anni hanno ben saputo creare un ristorante che oggi viene apprezzato da molti clienti affezionati e nuovi. Ristorante a pochi chilometri dal centro di Pistoia, in una bella zona a ridosso di colline a uliveti, in un vecchio casolare con adiacente vigna dove appunto nelle serate estive vengono proposte cene a tema. Cucina tipica Toscana con qualche accenno di innovazione e stagionalità dei piatti. Pezzo forte,a mio parere, sono le paste fresche fatte in casa, dove offre una bella scelta di impasti a base di diverse farine, dalla castagne, al farro, al vino rosso, ai frutti di bosco e altro ancora. Ottimi le grigliate miste, il tagliere dei salumi abbondanti, le paste accompagnate da ragù toscano, o cacciagione, con zucca gialla e pancetta un po' di pesce che non guasta mai. Il prezzo è più che giusto nella qualità che viene proposta. All'interno del locale ci sono alcune salette per una serata intima, oltre che ad un bel soppalco e una sala grande per serate in compagnia di amici. Servizio curato e la piacevole e gentile accoglienza da parte dello staff.

Consigliato il cinghiale....superlativo

Gentili, ambiente confortevole in una bella campagna Toscana, menù tradizionale. Una esperienza da ripetere

Buona accoglienza da parte del personale e buon cibo. In particolare ho apprezzato le bruschette proposte come fuori menù e il tiramisù. Personalmente mi sono piaciute un po' meno la tagliata di pollo con le olive e le patate arrosto. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare anche i primi, visto che gli altri al mio stesso tavolo ne sono rimasti entusiasti.

È la mia seconda volta. Tutto buonissimo. Servizio eccellente

Prima volta in questo ristorante menù vario .Cucina molto buona e genuina .Personale molto gentile e cordiale .Da ritornare sicuranente .Da provare in estate con le cene in vigna.
