Tried it by chance on the way back from a weekend in Liguria. Excellent dishes with good presentation. Very nice and helpful cook.... truly a pleasant surprise at a sustainable price... Well done!!

Discovered by chance we had a great time. It's the first time I've opened the menu and I'm embarrassed by the choice. All very inviting dishes! Then satisfied with what I chose!! Stuffed vegetables followed by meat rolls stuffed with artichokes with tomato sauce. I apologize to the cook but I don't remember the name of this delicious typical Genoese dish. We'll be back!!

A beautiful place that alternates between elegant rustic and modern vintage. Precise and professional service. Very nice and hospitable managers as well as an imaginative and capable cook in Ligurian/homemade recipes with careful research of the tastes of the past. Excellent quality food well plated. Exquisite desserts. Reasonable and balanced prices. I'll be back soon

Locale con ambienti accoglienti ben restaurato. Avrei modificato l'ingresso con la presenza di una bussola con una rampa definitiva. La chef molto brava ed attenta ai dettagli. Si mangia molto bene.

Sicuramente è un locale molto originale, un mix di stili diversi, guardandosi in giro ci sono molte cose da osservare! Tante idee creative di arredamento. Si può prendere un aperitivo al bar nell'ingresso oppure seduti a tavola nella zona ristorante o ancora comodamente seduti su poltrone e divani in pelle, o ancora all'esterno. Cucina varia e molto curata, si mangia bene! (Dalla pizzata o focaccia al formaggio, ai funghi,pasta, carne e taglieri di salumi e formaggi. All'esterno la sera col buio sembra di essere nel paese delle meraviglie con luci e colori fluorescenti, e altre idee pittoresche!!! 😆 A me piace!!

05/01/2024: We had dinner at "Carlo in Fornace" with an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, generous portions and the quality of all dishes tasted very good. We thought it was a great idea to have an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, with the possibility of even tasting excellent farinata, focaccia and pizza, then tagliolini, shin, etc., the wine was also excellent, all at an honest price ! On New Year's Eve... in many other places this is almost impossible! We finally found a restaurant where the owner offers a very good level of service and does not take advantage of his customers! The professionalism and availability of the staff and chef were very welcome!
