Last day lunch before heading to the airport. Great location in the main square serving delicious pizzas in the sunshine. Well worth a visit when the sun’s shining.

Great place to eat (Lunch-Dinner) with impeccable service. Make sure you have a reservation;place is always packed. Either Pizza or one of the pastas or Piedmontese specialties, none of these will disappoint you. Great choice of wines and other drinks

Restaurant review: every time I'm in Salice I go back to dining at Assietta, a true institution in the area. Excellent mixed starters. Very good ravioli del plin. Very extensive wine list, although unfortunately many labels listed were not available. Highly recommended

We stayed and ate here. Both the accommodation and dining was exceptional. Perfect location, nice rooms and the good was exceptional. Great local cuisine from the area, well priced. The only slight issue was the lack of lift for rooms on the top floor. Staff were very helpful.

Buona location nel centro di Sauze ben fornita e di buon aspetto locale nonché soleggiata nel pranzo. Buono anche per cena e serate con amici.

Abbiamo fatto merenda con amici e i relativi figli presso il bar del Ristorante Assietta. Locale molto bello e caratteristico sia all'interno che all'esterno. Personale molto attento e gentile. Abbiamo preso delle cioccolate calde, dei marocchini e dei cocktail di frutta analcolici. Marocchino molto buono, cioccolata niente di eccezionale, buoni i cocktail di frutta. Abbiamo anche preso dei biscotti (paste di meliga e baci di dama) da accompagnare alla cioccolata calda. Buoni ma costo, secondo me, eccessivo (1 euro al pezzo...10 biscotti alla modica cifra di 10 euro).

03/04/2024: Excellent food, recommended place for meals with friends and relatives, welcoming and kindness.. recommended for a dinner stop.
12/03/2024: Interesting place, certainly suitable for families. Good availability of tables, traditional and discreet location. Dedicated internal parking. This is a farmhouse particularly suited to the preparation of grilled meat dishes. But the other proposals are also up to par. In the courtyard there are children's games. Overall, a recommended place.

12/03/2024: I celebrated my graduation here and was very happy with both the food and the service, not forgetting the beautiful cake! I highly recommend this place!
15/02/2024: Gentlemen, a truly incredible food and wine experience. Excellent wine, extremely refined food, with excellent ingredients and cooked with simple refinement. Owner in the room, pleasantly friendly, knowledgeable and competent person. Price aligned with the quality, but honest. Absolutely recommended experience. A place also suitable for romantic aperitifs. Thanks for the lovely evening, Andrea Vigna.
