Ristorante Crotto Crimea In Chiavenna

From the experience gained at the hotel nothing to say... but for the restaurant and its 2 star price, from the production to the staff.

The photos of the rooms are a little misleading. I stayed recently, I must say, the level of cleanliness was very good, but in the bathroom there was a poor plastic curtain, the shower rod was broken, there was no support for the soap/shampoo and the ceiling had walls that they peeled. In conclusion, let's say that the room was absolutely not 3 star.

We stayed 2 nights with a smartbox, very easy booking, strategic location, we liked the hotel, standard room, excellent food and international breakfast

Camera un'po' datata ma ben pulite e tenute in ordine, persone gentile e cordiale. Colazione ottima

Bagno molto pulito, cena e colazione molto gustosa e posizione particolare.

Bellissima location, peccato per il servizio che potrebbe essere più professionale e dovrebbe essere più accogliente. Nel complesso non è andata male, ma sicuramente l'esperienza è migliorabile. Comunque ci torneremo. Prezzi in linea con gli altri locali di Chiavenna.
