Opzione menù vegetariano estremamente valida. La consiglio perché per il prezzo e la vista che si trova è veramente un posto speciale.
È sempre meglio prenotare.
Unica piccolissima pecca sono stati i camerieri non sempre ottimi (si sono dimenticati una portata e gliela abbiamo dovuta ricordare), ma sicuramente gentili e molto disponibili.

Personally, I review in favor of the chef's skill at the expense of bad service, which I overlook if I eat well.
Given that the bill is quite salty, so to speak, higher than on the Romagna Riviera, but that this restaurant has all the reasons to up the ante and compete, I would highly recommend it.
No, don't expect trained and courteous waiters or sommeliers.
However, there is experimental cuisine, tastefully served, with extreme attention to local products, starting from bread and oil, from lampascioni, from fresh fish cooked to perfection, including octopus at low temperature and sea bream with crispy skin. The chef is certainly notable even though he is very young, the place is family-run, the waitresses are unsmiling. I have heard many complaints among us diners left in the rain, which I feel like sharing, but I repeat: the cuisine deserves all the stars possible.
We tasted:
- carpaccio of the catch of the day (alas, mullet, bad choice) with Gargano herb infusion (€15)
- cuttlefish with fig reduction, beet cream, caramelized lampascioli (€15)
- sea bream with buffalo fondue (a béchamel sauce I would say), pepper cream (very good) and grilled spring onions (€19)
- octopus with potato cream (can be improved) and raspberry coulis (exceptional) (€18)
Total bill for two: €88.
