Solo 12 coperti in una struttura vetrata molto elegante e ben arredata. Ottima proposta di degustazione a 3 o 4 portate con abbinamento vini extra a prezzi non stellari ma di ottimo livello. La signora che accoglie e serve in sala è molto preparata e gentile. Consigliato per chi ama la buona cucina in un contesto elegante con privacy tra i tavoli.

One of our top 2 dining experiences during two weeks of travel in northeastern Italy. We enjoyed a superb tasting menu and wine pairings, served in a stunning contemporary art-filled space overlooking the Dolomites. The service matched the exceptional food and wine. Reservations in advance are a must for an experience you won't soon forget.

14/03/2024: I went to eat on Tuesday evening with a colleague, excellent food, a top-quality wine list, a very nice and welcoming place and very professional and kind staff.
10/03/2024: Both a restaurant and a wine bar, the Pillhof restaurant offers guests a refined, elegant and welcoming environment. The cuisine is superb, extremely refined and with seasonal ingredients, the dish in the photo speaks for itself.... So a varied menu that always adapts to the seasonality of the ingredients. The dining room staff is helpful and attentive to customer care, very good 😊. It is a pleasure to return to this beautiful place for lunch or dinner. The wine cellar is a plus if you want to take advantage of it. Nice in spring or summer to eat in the outdoor courtyard.
