Facendo una generosa media tra ristorante e albergo tre stelle sono più che sufficienti... una per trullo! Il personale è cordiale, ma la struttura né moderna, né caratteristica ha grandi limiti. Le camere sono davvero datare e poco confortevoli. Buono il WIFI in una zona dove i cellulari non hanno una buona ricezione. Meglio il ristorante che accanto a grandi sale da ricevimento, ha anche una zona ricavata nei trulli.

Miolto rumore per nulla.... In pratica tanto sponsorizzato quindi aspettative alte... Dal servizio lento alla cucina... Quest ultima un disastro (ai reclami hanno avuto il coraggio di riso e' andata in tilt.... Questo esprime l essenza della serata... Servizio lento pasti sbagliati e per il costo richiesto non e' all altezza

03/02/2024: Super!Super! Hospitality, courtesy, professionalism. You absolutely must try the parmigiana that Stefania prepares: delicious! And she is a pleasant and helpful person. Not to mention the fried meatballs and sauce which are a delight for the palate and the mood! Always prepared by her.

Let yourself be advised by Rosario, the owner, who during the course of the evening will accompany you towards a culinary experience that is difficult to find in the area. The customers themselves are confirmation that those who come here know what they are getting, and want to feel at home with a touch of class, every time. The wine list is among the most complete you could wish for, but even here, if you are not the best in terms of wine knowledge, get some advice! The appetizer is the flagship, an abundant selection of sea, land, vegetables and dairy products, absolutely worth trying, abundant quantities and flavors that recall Puglia, a place that makes you feel at home. Point. The waiters are impeccable, attentive to requests and always on the price. Prices: honest. If you want quality, you pay for quality. I added it to my top restaurants list. And you will too.
