PRO: Resort immersed in a well-kept pine forest (with other types of plants), where you sometimes come across some squirrels. Silent. Each room/villa is a stone's throw from the beach, which can be accessed directly via several small paths. Deckchairs and umbrellas at a good distance from each other. CONS: Small rooms, which would need to redo part of the wardrobes and bathrooms. It would be good if the food area were divided again between the new building in the pine forest and the "old" room: ok for lunch, but I preferred dinner and breakfast in the restaurant room (and veranda), where they were before. In the afternoon at least one place in the square should remain open. The staff in the dining room were friendly, but, apart from a few, poorly trained. I come back every few years, because it's my favorite place, but the last time made me miss the "old" Riva a little. There is a sort of carelessness and sloppiness, here. I hope they bring it back to being (even in its "soul") the resort that has always distinguished it.

in general the Etruscan Riviera is always a very beautiful area to visit on various occasions and to spend several days of holiday on this sea coast there are a bit of everything of all kinds of tourist attractions and also much more in this whole stretch of beach . and in the vicinity the nature is very varied you can find the hills the sea and the Tuscan region is also rich in beautiful mountains and lots of natural nature and the people who frequent these places respect the best to keep these wonderful places always respectable with the adequate landscape knowledge. and with the blue of the sky that combines and reflects on the water, a blue water is formed that combines a heavenly blue and is a wonderful holiday.

We felt very comfortable. Although our accommodation was a bit older, it was cleaned very well. During the week the house was cleaned again and the towels were replaced. We would be happy to recommend the Riva.

I stayed in this magnificent place with Dynamo Camp. I wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and attention to the needs of our children. A big thank you ❤️ to the owner of the facility who makes a dream possible for us families of special children. Thank you for giving us so much happiness

The place is beautiful. A truly enchanted forest overlooking the sea. The houses are very large, clean and welcoming. The restaurant area is wonderful, the food is excellent, the staff is truly fantastic even with the tiredness accumulated at the end of the season, always super helpful, kind and smiling... This place is truly a daydream. The levels of social inclusion are at extreme levels, the sensitivity towards guests with special needs is beyond imagination. You were incredible. I will never forget this experience. Thank you very much for everything.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere l'esperienza vissuta presso questo magnifico resort (unitamente a Dynamo Camp). Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Sono stati 5 giorni magnifici.

There were 5 of us (3e +2k) 7.10. - 11.10. We had an upgrade and were lucky to have 2 bathrooms. House number 53 is right by the sea, beautifully furnished. Since it is low season there wasn't that much going on, especially at the pool, something urgently needed to be done there as it was getting quite old. To our surprise, 90% Swiss were there, the weather was great (28C), unfortunately quite windy. The water was clean and pleasantly warm, but it was difficult to swim because of the many waves. Otherwise it was great. We shopped at the Coop store for breakfast and lunch, the prices were ok. And mostly eaten in the city in the evening. We recommend it.

Super Standort im Wald direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand und gratis Sonnenschirm/Liegestühlen. Bungalow grosszügig und praktisch, wenn auch vom Design sehr altbacken. Guter Laden, schöne und praktische Badeanlage mit 3 Wasserbecken. Insgesamt schöne Anlage mit viel Freiraum.

Die Häuser mitten im Wald sind sehr schön angelegt, allerdings auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aufgrund der Menge der Häuser kann man sicherlich nicht jedes Haus in jedem Jahr renovieren. Die Ausstattung finde ich richtig gut, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, gefliestes Bad, Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank und vieles mehr. Es gibt eine Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus mit Stühle und Tische. Der Müll wird täglich abgeholt. Von unserem Haus sind es gerade mal 50 m zum Strand und dort stehen Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme der Hausnummer zugeordnet.
