A unique experience to absolutely try

I had dinner at the Riva restaurant and it was a nice culinary experience. The dish that impressed me the most was the crispy egg which I absolutely recommend. The focaccia served between the starters was a pleasant surprise. The location is very well kept and elegant and the staff is very kind and helpful. Dining at Riva means dining in a nice place while feeling at home.

Expect a creative menu, excellent wine pairings. Earlier in the evening it is not crowded, so a good idea to go if you like to get even more attention ;)

The magic of the New Year's Eve dinner in this restaurant closed our 2023 in style. Superlative quality, dishes with attention to detail and a sublime flavour. Very kind staff, directed by the great professionalism of the director. Happy New Year everyone and thank you Riva R.

Upscale restaurant located in Bari with English speaking staff. Food quality and service were excellent. Extensive wine list and cocktails can be made at their adjoining bar. Size of appetizers and pasta were appropriate allowing diners to feel satisfied but not full. Staff were attentive and service was at an appropriate pace. Great location for a special date night that will set the mood for the evening.

Serata al RIVA con tavolo prenotato per le 21. Locale carino, ambiente ovattato, ben isolato acusticamente dal caos del venerdì sera. Una volta accomodati ci viene servito un gradevole “benvenuto dello chef” e poi, informati della presenza di tartufo bianco, decidiamo di orientare la cena verso il pregiato condimento. Partiamo con uovo croccante con fonduta di caciocavallo, chips di pane e tartufo bianco; tartare di manzo e gelato al peperone; risotto al tartufo e poi un assaggio di lingua di bue e di parmigiana. Tutto molto buono. Anche i dessert non deludono. Aggiungiamo una carta dei vini ampia e completa e il gioco e’ fatto. Massimo dei voti e programma di tornare presto ad assaggiare altri piatti.
