E’ vero che suicidarsi non è proibito, ma vi assicuro che se andate a mangiare in questo ristorante, in occasione della “Fiera del Bue Grasso” di Moncalvo , è quello che vi succederà. L’occasione si chiama Pranzo del “ Bollito alla Piemontese”. Ma oggi, dopo che i piatti si susseguivano uno dopo l’altro, dalle 13.00, alle 16.15, quando sono passati con il carrello dei bolliti, ho riflettuto un attimo sulle mie carte e ho detto passo. Non potevo fare diverso. Era una questione di vita o di morte. E ho pure dovuto sorbirmi gli scherzi e gli insulti degli amici

Solo cose buone da dire venuti da Milano a mangiare fritto misto alla piemontese ma con sommo piacere ci siamo trovati molto di più dagli antipasti al bollito dolci etc etc Ristorante di paese ma nulla da invidiare a quelli di città rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo consigliato per una giornata nel Monferrato

27/11/2023: A farmhouse on the hills of Tortona, the owner Gianni is super kind and friendly. The food is of excellent quality and generous in portions. Excellent relationship between quality and price.
31/10/2023: We returned on Saturday evening for dinner after years of not going and I must say that it was a very pleasant confirmation. The dining room with large fireplace on the side, simple with a serene and familiar atmosphere. THE Dishes are excellent and plentiful. We started with a platter of ham and local cheeses… absolutely fantastic!! As a first course they brought us ravioli with braised sauce, homemade with excellent braised meat and finally a tray with mixed grilled meat. the fillet was very tender and so were the ribs. In addition to the excellent food, we must add the friendliness and friendliness of the owner Wife and the lady in the room!!! Highly recommended!!!!
