The products are excellent. The ladies at the counter are always polite and professional and it is always a pleasure to have a chat while being served.

Excellent food especially the focaccia from Bari. Excellent desserts and bread with many specialties. Only note: booking via number does not work. Furthermore, if you have to get bread you have to queue, if you have to get focaccia another queue etc. Finally you pay at a single cash register which is accessed only by the owner who in the meantime also serves the bread... This isn't good.
