Santner's In Castelrotto

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hotel is located directly on the slopes. The view is simply stunning from every place. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast, dinner with several courses, absolutely top. 5 stars for the kitchen! It couldn't be better. Wellness area is beautiful. Thanks to the entire team for the relaxing week.

We have been going on ski holidays on the Seiser Alm for many years and always spend a week at the Hotel Santner. This is located directly on the ski slopes and is therefore easy and quick for us to reach. The hotel is always kept up to date by the Gabloner family Every year we find something new that makes our stay more pleasant. We feel at home here and are treated to regional delicacies around the clock. The chef and his team come up with new creations for their guests every day, which are always a special experience and pleasure for our palate. The service is top. The entire staff, from reception to room service, SPA, waiters, caretakers, etc., is always very friendly, attentive and courteous. We are already looking forward to the next ski holiday in 2025 at the Hotel Santner on the Seiser Alm Kind regards Thomas family

We recently spent a week at the Santner hotel. It could not have been better. The staff and the food were top-notch. Virginia, at the reception desk and Hubertus, were very helpful in assisting us navigating the many opportunities for fun in the snow. The chef created a wealth of delicious multi-course offerings on a daily basis. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

This is a unique place. It's quiet, yet it's great for families. The staff is friendly and professional. I love that food for lunch is served only to guests, it makes it very quick and easy to have a quick break while skiing. The only (minor) thing I didn't like it's the crepe for breakfast :)

È sempre bellissimo tornare, il personale è gentile e disponibile, la.posizione sulle piste da sci è fantastica. Si mangia molto bene e abbondantemente. Pulizia perfetta.

Vengo da anni al Santner e non sono mai rimasto deluso. È sempre aperto, sono sempre disponibili e gentili. Pizza?Carne?Pasta? Tutto è fatto molto bene, sopratutto in poco tempo. Prezzi Super Onesti. Posso solo dire: continuate così. Bravissimi
