Sapori di Puglia In Adelfia

Family run restaurant and they make you feel like one of the family. We ate until we couldn't eat anymore! The appetizers are excellent, from the spelled to the meat with peppers, to the parmigiana, to the huge platter of cured meats and cheeses, to the octopus, the pancakes, the marinated anchovies, the "schattata" with strong ricotta. The fried fish by the meter and a bed of fried spaghetti (also edible) are very good and spectacular. The pizza dough could be improved but with generous toppings. In short, more than satisfied and... Satiated! Highly recommended!
