You can perceive the ancient peasant tradition. High level cuisine, delicious food typical of the Lombard peasant tradition. Quality cured meats and appetizers, risottos, lasagna, roasts, barbecues... a riot of goodness. It should not be overlooked that most of the raw materials are grown and raised by them.
