As a coeliac visiting Florence, this is an absolute must try. I got no.9, foccacia sandwich that had spicy salami, sundried tomato pesto, arugula and brie cheese. The bread was warm! It was so delicious...very difficult to find gluten free bread that tastes so good but this is it. So so happy! Merci

We had no idea what to have for dinner and the waiter explained to us in Italian-English and Spanish the different dishes on the menu.
The experience was magnificent.
The carafe wine, very good as it is from a small family winery with little production.

I am at a loss to understand how this place creates such an amazing bread that is gluten free. If you are celiac or gluten intolerant this place is a must stop in Florence, but beyond that the food is great!

Really good food, all gluten free! Service is also good, staff is helpful and friendly. Tiramisu was probably the best one I’ve ever had.

Gluten-free flat bread with 110 and praise! My favorite gluten-free flatbread without a doubt. Furthermore, the restaurant is located right in the heart of Florence, really easy to reach. The ingredients used are top quality and it is possible to order takeaway or sit comfortably inside the restaurant, which is very well furnished and welcoming (even if it is small).
I really highly recommend!

Schiacciata senza precedenti. Le loro schiacciate non hanno nulla da che invidiare al noto competitor, meritano di crescere perché la qualità dei materiali è ottima, i prezzi contenuti, le porzioni abbondanti. Ce n'è di tutti i tipi a tutti i prezzi fino ad un massimo di 12€.
Il personale con il quale ho scambiato due rapide parole è il figlio del proprietario, ragazzo giovane, gentile e simpatico, amante del suo lavoro. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Consigliato per mangiare qualcosa al volo, sano e di alta qualità. Coda praticamente inesistente, l'attesa è stata colmata da un bicchiere di vino della casa.

Abbiamo provato la loro focaccia gluten free imbottita con rucola, mozzarella e pomodoro, impasto croccante e digeribile, simile a quello tradizionale, tutto davvero buono. Abbiamo provato anche una loro birra gluten free , quella artigianale fatta da loro "Sgrano", anche questa come gisto pari ad una birra normale, molto buona dal sapore leggermente fruttato.
