The pizzas are a real discovery, imaginative, beautiful and delicious at least for me. The only flaw I found inside the place was that it was too hot, there wasn't adequate air exchange, I don't know if it was for too many people. However I recommend visiting this place, you will not be disappointed.

Very good pizza, very fast and efficient service. They use social media in a very original way... in fact, via Instagram, freebies are given during dinner (e.g. a beer or a dessert) simply by tagging the pizzeria's profile in a story 😁. 200% recommended👍👍

Clean and tidy place. Exceptional pizza, excellent leavening and well seasoned. Absolutely coming back!

Let me start by saying that the table where I was sitting was so attached to another that I couldn't move. Then I ordered the Bresaola pizza with cereal dough and, as soon as I saw it, I had my doubts, since cereal dough is usually darker than the normal one, then while I was eating it I had confirmation because there was they were just cereals attached to the edge but the inside was identical to that of normal dough as was the color and flavour. But I got further confirmation by looking at the stories on the pizzeria's Instagram profile, where there are several pizzas with cereal dough and they are optically darker and full of cereals. If I had taken a photo of the pizza I would certainly have shown it to the staff because for this variation there is also a price variation and it is not correct for the customer. As for the service, I'll just say that the waiters in the room are visibly awkward.

The ingredients are certainly good, nothing to say. However, perhaps the pizza dough could be improved: it was a bit heavy and the crust wasn't airy, in fact it was a bit moist (not to mention raw). Beautiful location and impeccable service.

Great service, friendly staff and absolutely fresh ingredients. Average prices especially for those looking for a good, gluten-free pizza. Highly recommended!

Nice and good place on the outskirts of Monopoli, excellent quality and presentation of the dishes offered, the double pizza with high edges is appreciable... but the palate is a subjective factor. Young and polite staff and this last aspect is to be underlined. Average prices for the period. Recommended.

Sono andato a mangiare con amici una pizza al sir per due motivi, il primo perché di sabato era l’unico che ha accettato una prenotazione per un tavolo da 10 persone e due per la pubblicità delle foto delle pizze, e così insieme alla mia comitiva siamo andati. Location essenziale ma carina Servizio veloce e camerieri sempre disponibili a qualsiasi comando, ordiniamo pizza e patatine, arrivano poco dopo le patatine croccanti ed abbondanti e non le classiche patatine in stile McDonald’s buone davvero. Poco dopo arriva sua maestà la PIZZA. Noi abbiamo scelto una vegetariana che per impasto e condimento era davvero molto buona ad un prezzo più che congruo. Ho visto le altre pizze in altri tavoli e se come sembravano erano bellissime da vedere saranno state sicuramente anche buone da mangiare! Tornerò sicuramente a mangiare a SIR! Nota molto gradevole a tavola appena seduti stavano le noccioline americane che NON SONO STATE MESSE nel conto di nessuno, e pensare che stanno pizzerie che si fanno pagare pure le olive!!! Voto 5 stelle su 5!
