Sorsi e Morsi In Sabaudia

Nice location internally, unfortunately the outside pays the price for being on the road in the peripheral area. On the cuisine, only compliments or almost, all very good and excellently presented, both aesthetically and by the owner in the room. The chef is very kind. Discordant note, the bill: 3 euros cover charge without an entreé and without table linen (you eat on the bare table) is a lot. Then the extra 2 euros for an additional basket of bread is absurd, never seen in any other restaurant and beyond all logic. The same goes for the 4 euros for mineral water, a disgrace. The bottle costs 50 cents to the owner. Small but intriguing wine list, but here too with decidedly excessive mark-ups. On some labels we are over 3 times the purchase price. Definitely excessive. I recommend it for the quality of the cuisine, but I suggest the owners review some details on the prices, which are truly out of place. Sin.

How can you not give 5 stars to a place like this? Impeccable service, the lady explains the dishes to you with the same passion that the chef puts into cooking them, the customer will delight his palate involved in a mixture of unique and delicious flavours. The wine list is excellent. Congratulations and thanks for having the foresight to bring water to our Jack Russell without asking for it. We couldn't celebrate our wedding anniversary in a better way ❣️

We came to this place for the first time, chosen by looking at the reviews on Google Maps and I must say that it did not disappoint expectations. A good appetizer of dry fried anchovies, two tagliolini with clams with cherry tomatoes and a legume soup with white prawns, clams and chicory with toasted bread. To finish, a licorice creme brulee. Well what can I say, come and try Sorsi e Morsi.

Excellent fish cuisine, refined and with excellent raw materials. Good selection of wines and prices in line with what is offered.

Ottimo ristorante, location intima e chic, da tornarci assolutamente

Locale molto carino, intimo e tranquillo. Abbiamo ordinato: 1 tartare di tonno (20 euro) sicuramente molto fresca, ma la porzione era veramente irrisoria, 1 frittura di calamari (20 euro) porzione adeguata e pesce di qualità, 1 porzione di cicoria ripassata (7 euro) veramente poco saporita. Non ci aspettavamo di pagare una bottiglia di acqua di Nepi 5 euro. Sicuramente non ricorderemo questa serata per il servizio che è mancato in termini di attenzioni e cura, probabilmente perché la signora era sola in sala. Consiglierei a qualcuno questo ristorante? Probabilmente no

È tutto molto curato. Claudio e Federica sono veramente fantastici. Grande ricerca di vini, sempre belle sorprese. È sempre un’esperienza mistica andare in questo posto che sembra un gioiellino.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta, tutto buonissimo e ben cucinato! Gentilezza da parte di tutti, consigliatissimo!

Il locale e’ piccolino, ma curato. Il menù semplice, con tendenza al classico senza grossi wow. Molto buono il pane. I piatti purtroppo hanno porzioni decisamente piccole. La vera nota dolente è il conto. Si superano abbondantemente i 70/80 euro uscendo affamati.

Cibo ottimo e altrettanto il servizio ma , rivedendo oggi lo scontrino (che sul momento non ho letto xché ero senza occhiali), mi sono accorta di aver pagato una bottiglia d'acqua ed un contorno mai presi. Spero che, avendomi il cuoco proposto, pcome antipasto, del baccalà su un letto di cicoria, nnon mi abbia poi fatto pagare quelle foglie di verdura (da lui proposte) come un contorno...spero tanto di ho.. cmq PECCATO perché loro son bravi!
