17/02/2024: Today we went to a very nice restaurant for lunch and we ate very well, everything was very good and refined both in taste and in the aromas... and desserts with an authentic taste. The owner was very kind and very discreet, they welcomed us and our dog with great cordiality . We will definitely be back

13/01/2024: We found ourselves somewhat by chance in this pleasant restaurant/trattoria in the historic center of Minturno where we were welcomed kindly and ate really well, in particular the very fresh and well-prepared fish with a traditional but still effective recipe. The service was also attentive and discreet. Considering the potential of the restaurant in terms of quality and location, the place deserves more attention in terms of furnishings, colors and, above all, lighting.

06/04/2024: A small place but well stocked in everything, niche products, food and wine gems from all over Italy and beyond, such as the French butter from Normandy, refined products for demanding palates like mine, every time I go I have the pleasure of taking home only quality and excellent products, try it!

03/04/2024: On a Sunday for lunch, I must say that although the restaurant was full and we ate outdoors, we had a wonderful time, pleasant young and dynamic service, exquisite food to say the least, kindness of the excellent owner, present and attentive but not intrusive, excellent value quality/price, what can I say... Passed with flying colours. To return again and again.

31/08/2023: Quando la genuinità dei cibi, la capacità in cucina incontrano anche la simpatia, allora davvero un ristorante è ciò che io cerco e il Bisboccia è, appunto, ciò che io ho cercato e trovato. Si mangia bene si spende in modo adeguato e la locatiion, pur nella sua semplicità, è confortevole e gradevole. Tutto, al Bisboccia, è orientato al cliente e si percepisce continuamente. Bravo Stefano, brava Valentina, brava Chiaretta……… alla prossima estate, un abbraccio da mister camicetta. Ah dimenticavo di dare un consiglio a Stefano: metti i tagliolini al pesto di limone tra i piatti del menù.

28/02/2024: Possibility to eat both plated and sandwiches but in both cases it is quite expensive for being a sort of bar. Good dishes, much less sandwiches... The place itself is quite Easy, but the tables outside overlook the park and the view is pleasant.

09/01/2024: Nice place even if a little spartan....outside is beautiful for the greenery and flowers that surround it....friendly staff. I didn't eat badly at all, on the contrary... we just need to taste the meat which they say is very good. I will definitely go again....not exactly cheap....but it can be done! 😉

09/01/2024: I'll change the review for the worse: something has changed, I don't know. The food is no longer so tasty even though I always find the same orders on the table. As if the chef had changed and this new one didn't put any love into it. We have been twice recently and were left speechless The original review was the one below. I repeat: same dishes but… And in fact the crowd to get a table is no longer there I hope they recover soon... 🥺 Even though we live a few kilometers away, we discovered this place only 1 year ago; after that time it was impossible to go back because it was always full (even if you booked 2/3 days in advance) until twice this summer we managed to find a place (end of August and mid-September, on the occasion of as many birthdays). Rustic place with an outdoor space and a beautiful interior room (I recommend reserving a table in the room at the back on the left, characteristic with its chest and antique floor lamp). Young, local clientele, sometimes "caciarona"; owner who is keen to go around the tables with his tricolor mask asking how things are going. The menu, written on the computer on a double-sided sheet of paper, is limited but captivating, with delicacies such as bull steak or yellow fat. The appetizer is delicious and plentiful (take 1 for every 2 or even 3 diners). Don't order first courses if you want to be able to finish the meat: the steaks are 6/700 gr. and the side dishes are also worth it (caramelized onions, friarelli...) In general the meat is really good, tasty and cooked exactly as requested by the customer. The service is fast, precise and punctual: even when the place is full the order arrives in a maximum of 15 minutes, piping hot and the meat exactly at the right level of cooking as requested by the individual customer. The 8 of us spent €260 taking starters, meats, sweet side dishes and wine. Reservations permitting we will be back very often!
