Terra Satis In Avigliano

Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, tutto sommato non mi ha ne saziato e ne tanto meno ha fatto provare una esperienza culinaria nuova. Qualità cibo buona, porzioni gourmet ma un po’ scarse. Location carina sia all’interno che all’esterno. Servizio un po’ lento ma formale.

Some friends had spoken about it and we wanted to give it a try. The venue is well-kept, intimate but not cold. The food is very good. Menu is interesting and also shows some research and creativity. From it transpires in a more or less subtle way the whole tradition and the moods and the flavors of the region. Even the wine list is curated. Attentive and friendly staff. The prices are slightly higher than the average, but absolutely adequate for the quality of the products and the service that made our dinner well above the average. Recommended.
