Terrazze Belvedere In Conversano

28/03/2024: Luogo davvero interessante, ambiente carino e ben curato, carni fresche e ben preparate, contorni sorprendenti e dolci fatti in casa. Chiamarla bottega o braceria non è propriamente corretto, è un vero ristorante specializzato in carni di ogni tipo. Consiglio i Carpacci e le Tartare ma senza nulla togliere alle costate soprattutto le T-bone ben frollate.

23/01/2024: For an evening with friends we chose this place on the advice of a regular customer. Easy to reach although less easy to park. It is located in the historic center and at first glance it looks like a classic butcher's shop. A counter with a great choice and a fridge with fine meats in plain sight. We were welcomed and accompanied into the internal room, simple and welcoming. We took the recommended menu, there were 4 of us and we took 3, we left several things, all plenty for 4 women. It was a succession of goodness. Homemade appetizers and meats served in various preparations. The host was kind and courteous, explaining the various courses, the pieces of meat served and how they were prepared and he also showed us the external room which is used when the temperatures begin to allow it. A special thank you also to the lady who served us, always smiling and helpful. Our dinner ended with cassatina and chocolate truffle. Prices are normal. I will be back with my family and I recommend trying it!
