25/02/2024: For years I haven't tasted the duality of handmade fettuccine... cordoselle at times, but delicate like the first rays of dawn.. But here in Valmontone and in the Ciociaria, my aunt, my grandmother, my mother, they all cook like this. But if you come to the "Olio, sale e pepe" restaurant you lose the bet!
